With each passing year we continue to feel more and more blessed to serve Christ through our music. This year had more shows than we have ever done and some of the biggest challenges as well. The biggest challenge was our drummer falling and breaking his arm in June right before KCF. However, Mike Vaughn has been helping fill in for Dan when he was out of town was available and jumped in to help. Mike went on to help us with several shows so we didn't have to cancel anything. We played several new venues and and got to meet a lot of new friends. Playing the Danger Room and KCF again in 2024 was a great time as always. Playing the Gathering Place in Corydon for the first time was a great experience and gave our lead singer a chance to play in his old stomping grounds. We also played the Gathering place in Normal Illinois twice in 2024. October was started on a good foot when we finally got to play LambJam as a full band instead of acoustic. Several biker events once again which is always fun. However one of the true highlights of the year was playing for our friends struggling with addictions. We played a show for the the guys at the Hunt Training Center which is part of Wheeler Mission. The evening started with a supper of pizza and salad and then a private show to encourage the residents at the center. After we finished the show the entire group of guys surrounded us and prayed for us. What an amazing blessing and great way to spend a Saturday. Can't wait to see what God has in store for True Revival in 2025.
2023 YEAR IN REVIEW: What a busy year we had in 2023. We were blessed to play for the DangerRoom and PitFest again. Had an exciting time at the Jamestown festival as severe thunderstorms moved in and we had to cut our set short and load up as fast as possible. We played our annual biker event in Plainfield with Giant Slayer ministries. This is always a fun event. Getting to play several charity events to help out local communities were definitely highlights to a very busy year. The toy drive in Indianapolis was a small room and very loud and intimate. A lot of money and toys were brought in to the community and God's name was glorified. The big fundraiser event was the one we did for Sheltering Wings. This event raised $2,100 for the domestic abuse shelter. What a night. Musically the big event was the release of our CD on all digital media and print copies. God is good and worthy to be praise.
Thanks to Jesus for safe travels and allowing us to offer our musical gift to Him. Also, a huge thanks to our fans and followers who came out and helped us lift up His name. God bless you all and look forward to seeing you in 2024.
What an amazing year, 2022 was our biggest year yet. We were blessed to be playing biker events, cruise inns, major festival, a worship event and a big New Years Eve bash with our new friends Hush Harbor. We also finalized all the details on our new CD and it will be out officially the first quarter of 2023. What an incredible blessing to be able to play in front of so many people and sharing our love for Christ through our lyrics and music. Whenever you see us at one of our shows please come up and say hi. We love to meet all the people that come to our shows and share stories, testimonies and even pray together. We are excited about 2023 and some of the events we already have planned. God bless and we will see you soon.
